ON DISPLAY @ DELVE 2012: INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

There are a number of opportunities available to Exhibitors who would like to part of the Drama Australia National Conference.

TRADE DISPLAYS

Exhibitors are invited to set up Trade Displays Exhibition Booths in the Delegate Networking Area, which is a central high traffic area which is open all day, and where registration coffee, lunch, morning and afternoon tea and closing drinks will be served. For more information about session and break times, please refer to the conference website. Exhibition booths should be staffed during all break times.

Display Dimensions, Equipment and Technical Specifications:

Each Trade Display will have access to a minimum area of 1.5 m x 1.5 m, and includes a trestle table, chair and access to power.  Please complete the table on Exhibitors Registration at the end of this document.

SATCHEL INSERTS

Exhibitors are invited to submit an insert for the Conference Satchels, which will be distributed to each delegate as they register for the conference.  Satchel Inserts are provided automatically to Exhibitors who purchase a trade display, or can be purchased separately.
