About Us

Drama Queensland is a non-profit professional association supporting approx 400 drama educators. Our members work in the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors in the areas of drama or arts education. They teach the 14 000 young people (QSA Figures 2006) enrolled in Senior Drama in Queensland and the even larger numbers of students in middle and early phases engaged with drama education. Drama Queensland collaborates with the theatre industry through projects involving companies, artists and arts venues.
